For air handling units
INNOVATIVE DESIGN EASY AND SAFE LOCKING

The new modular locking system has been designed for insulated double-skin (wall) doors for air handling units. The doors must be closed securely to ensure that units are sealed (airtight and heat-resistant) against leakage.

Standard doors are usually 20 to 70 mm thick. Locks, Hinges, and Seals are the main fasteners that hold the panel frame and door together. Mesan’s locking system offers an excellent solution with its durable
and ergonomic design.

Its wide handle offers easy grip with gloves.  Our lock complies with the IP66 sealing rating.

The installation of the locking system with a screw  offers quick and easy fixation.
The installation and removal of the handle  with a single screw  allows
the product to be shipped disassembled.

The product is compatible with doors of different thicknesses from 30 mm to 80 mm.

The product is compatible with outward-opening doors.
Different locking options are available for custom-made doors.
Key Locking, Cylinderless Locking, Padlocking

We offer two different latch bolt options: fixed latch bolts and adjustable latch bolts.
Adjustable latch bolt: (Range: 0-20 mm) It allows the operator to adjust the compression as desired.
Roller latch bolt: It ensures that the seal is compressed properly and that the door is closed firmly
by reducing friction. The plastic surface of the roller prevents units from being scratched.

Safety Handles: They allow the door to be opened from the inside.
Safety Latch Bolt: It helps relieve the air pressure and allows the door to be opened safely.

It is compatible with inward-opening doors.
Adjustable latch bolt: (Range: 0-20 mm) It allows the operator to adjust the compression as desired.

Single-point locking systems may not be sufficient for large unit doors in some cases.
Multi-point locking systems connect locking units for an easy access to units,
while allowing the unit to be opened with a single handle.
Multi-point locking systems offer a simplified solution for access for larger doors.
The handle cap has been designed for situations where the handle is not needed.
